Recently featured in Forbes this small batch artisan Tequila is top of  the hot list for London’s Vips. The world famous private members club Annabel’s are offering it to their elite and Satryna is now a firm favourite for the rich and famous.

The bottle is devilishly iconic! A symbolic inspiration from Mexico’s Día de Muertos and the female skeleton symbol of La Catrina. The bottle is skillfully handcrafted, engraved with ancient Aztec art and topped with a metal skull stopper, the brand has a clear link with Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), the ancient Mexican ritual, which honors deceased loved ones.

Satryna comes from a long and secretive family recipe enjoyed by three generations, Nitzan Marrun of Mexico’s legendary Tequilera Newton brought her family’s tequila to the world with the launch of Satryna Tequila in September 2019.

Launching in the UK with two blends, Satryna Blanco (Triple Distilled) and Satryna Cristalino (Añejo Claro),

Satryna is made from 100% blue weber agave, sourced from the rich volcanic soil of Jalisco near Guadalajara. After 12 years of nurturing, each hand-selected plant is then carefully harvested. Steam cooked for 24 hours and triple distilled, the tequila is then aged in special oak barrels imported from Cognac and California.

Each bespoke bottle is numbered and signed by Carlos Newton, a descendent of Enrique Newton, the founder of Tequilera Newton. The bottles can also be personalized and engraved upon request.

They can be found online at The Whiskey Exchange.
