Exclusive celebration at the infamous Dorchester on 21 March, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will take part in the 5th edition of Goût de France / Good France – the unique worldwide culinary celebration uniting 5,000 chefs over 5 continents, who will serve a dinner ‘à la française’, illustrating the art of ‘eating well’ and a sustainable approach to cuisine.
This year, Goût de France / Good France will put the spotlight on Provence. To honor this gastronomic destination, Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has created an exclusive 5-course dinner including the Green asparagus from Provence and morel mushrooms, and the cookpot of rock fish, fennel and black olives, bouillabaisse broth. The Lemon from Menton, calisson, completes this unique culinary journey.
And to accompany this menu, Head Sommelier Ruben Desport has designed an elegant and refined wine pairing showcasing classic French appellations.
The menu served at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is a 5-course menu, including canapés and wine pairing for £230 pp. Reservations from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
