Restaurant of the week – Roganic

Do you remember 2011??….  Neither do we. However one thing that is worth remembering is Roganic. First opened in 2011 in Marylebone as a successful long running pop up. Five years later Roganic has returned to London, bringing the finest elements of L’Enclume, Simon Rogan’s two Michelin star restaurant in the Lake District.

“We really enjoyed being there first time around and it feels so right to be back. We had so much fun last time Roganic was in London and I’m confident that the second time around will be no different” Simon Rogan

You’ll all be pleased to hear that you wont have to  que outside the door with tiny bottle of whisky in your jacket pocket to brave the cold – you can actually go online and book… Hallelujah. Roganic is fine dining all the way, the food is theatre and everyting is done precisley and with flair, If your looking for an easy evening with friends this may not be for you. Simon Rogan has not made things simple, just unmissable.

Whats even more interesting about this restaurant is Aulis.  Aulis London is located in Soho, serving as the development kitchen for Roganic and experimental hub for Simon’s London team.  Aulis also offers guests a dynamic and interactive dining experience for diners to immerse themselves in Simon’s culinary vision first hand and to taste experimental and innovative dishes.   With just eight seats available, guests have the opportunity to book individual spaces or the table in its entirety to get an exclusive and personalised evening with the chefs, as they prepare and serve the multi-course dinner menus.
